How do I change my Chase Bank email preferences; they won’t stop sending me worthless emails?
I have a Chase Bank credit card and handle all of my payments, transactions, et cetera online. I want to keep my personal email account as the primary contact. But I do not want to get an email everyday with seemingly unimportant information (i.e. how to add another authortized user, or, how to earn special awards through shopping at Land's End).
I've looked all over my online account and have not found a way to opt out of these types of emails. Any suggestions?
