Does Outlook have built-in junk filters that are updated with junk mailer info?
Is this a true statement: If your server is not white-listed, that could be the cause of emails going into people's Junk Folders in Outlook.
Here is why I ask...
I sent a test mail from my Outlook to myself. It arrived in my IN BOX, no problem. Then, I sent the same email (always text format) from another server (a web-based client contact service that I know is white-listed) and it arrived in my IN BOX in Outlook with no problems.
