What is the rule for a one-time email blast to previous customers?
Our company has an email list from an event we held last year. The email list was from people who registered online or via faxed form for the event, but we neglected to include an "opt-in" check box for future emails.
Are we allowed to send a one-time email blast out to those people (with opt-out information in the email) for the same event this year without being considered spammers?

I made a friend through a girl my boyfriend was seeing while we were on a break. She is still friends with this girl, and my boyfriend and I are back together. I cannot access my Yahoo mail!?
I can sign into Yahoo but cannot access my emails! All I get is a blank screen w/ a couple of links to News, Problems Logging In, My Yahoo!, & one other link! I go to Problems Logging In & finally end up opting out of Yahoo Beta & back to classic Yahoo! Doing this at least takes me to my emails..but, when I try & open any of them there is no message just the header! Is anyone else having this problem? Or have a solution?
