I think we need to first talk about, what is a niche? If you are starting with looking at products first you are making the mistake. There are just 3 steps you need to follow in order to find your niche market. So what is a niche: niche is a group of people, who are into something, who need solution to their problem! So here is how you can easily develop your niche:

First you need to Research You Niche!

If you are first looking at clickbank to find your niche, you are making #1 mistake. You need to be looking inside the forums to find what your niche wants. There are products everywhere to promote, those are easy finds. So by spending some time with people in the forum, you can easily find out what their problem is. You see, for many affiliates, they major issues is how to building a list. Or even monetizing their list, because there is the right way to do it, and the wrong way to do it! So if you chat with your niche, you will soon know what their major issues are!

What Does Your Niche Wants!

Hm…This should be an easy thing to come up with. You see, just by looking at affiliate marketing I can find at least 2-3 major points. You see, article markers, want to know how to get most out of their articles, or affiliates want to know how to drive more targeted traffic to their site. Or another one can be, dominating the first page of Google faster, etc. Those are all issues. You just need to select one to start with.

Give it To Them for Free!

Now here is a little twist, but yes, you should build your list and give the free guide to them in exchange for their e-mail address. The free guide has to have the quality information just as the paid guide would. Your free guide just has to be a strategy that works and it has to help them. So when you actually do the number one, you now can expand on the remaining issues by providing articles and paid guides. By using this system to find your niche market, you are doing couple of things, you are creating your own search engine, as well as the lifetime affiliate success!
