Question by Crystal: how can i delete an email address from the ignoring list?
how can i receive a message from a contact w/c is said to be listed in from the ignoring list but whenever im trying to remove it there, the id or email was not in the ignoring list and still my friend will not be able to reply to me..

Your spam guard and the blocked address list are two completely different things.
If you actually blocked your friends address, you would know it and it would be in the blocked address list. If you had erroneously marked that mail as spam, it does not go on the blocked address list, this is your spam guard a different feature altogether. You need to ask your friend to send another E-mail to you so you cam go into the ’spam’ folder and check mark the item you wish to keep. Click on the ‘Not spam’ button and it will be returned to your in box, also allowing that address to be delivered to the in box from now on. However, go in periodically and check to insure all items are spam.
Also, make sure that address is in your address book, as it helps to ensure that address as a “safe” one.
