Send an email to the zionists who are in charge of controlling the “Echelon” asking them to help you. I wouldn’t rely on it but it’s the only solution if your list is older than 15 days.

Well for one, you need to start a document to list all of the sites you remember visiting, also to start keeping track of your own login name, passwords & the link to that sign in page.

As the other answer stated, I would do the google search of your email address.
Also, go to every place you remember & they have the option of “forgot password” where they will send you a new temporary password to log in with, then you reset your password (then put it on your list, including the link to the website.

Also, if you want to clean op all the junk mail you’re getting, you can make a new email address, it’s good to get one with gmail since yahoo won’t allow you to use it in microsoft outlook & gmail WILL (for free)

If you choose to create a new (clean) email address, after creating it, any sites you want to stay signed up with, you can enter in your new address. If you’re getting too much email, try to un-register with them, view the email, usually they have this option. Scroll through all of your email in box & junk/spam mail to see who is sending you mail. Many of the places where you registered, usually send stuff to you periodically. When you initially sign up anywhere, usually they send you a confirmation email. If you haven’t deleted your emails or have & some are still in your “delete” file you can find those.

Once you have your new email, you can keep it a bit more clutter free by not giving out your information carelessly. You can also use the BLOCK & SPAM features to stop those emails you don’t want that come in from those places that just send email to random addresses when they arrive.

Lastly, clean out your email from time to time to keep it organized but maybe have a seperate folder you make, where you keep all confirmations in that folder, both past & new. You might also google “list of most popular websites” or something to that effect, to trigger your memory. In addition, you may have in your computer, all of the places you’ve ever visited to view as well if you look in your history, temporary internet & cookies files.

    Good luck
