I have a Chase Bank credit card and handle all of my payments, transactions, et cetera online. I want to keep my personal email account as the primary contact. But I do not want to get an email everyday with seemingly unimportant information (i.e. how to add another authortized user, or, how to earn special awards through shopping at Land’s End).
I’ve looked all over my online account and have not found a way to opt out of these types of emails. Any suggestions?

I sure can’t change my privacy choices at this web site as YOUR PRIVACY OPERATIONS recommends! Chase is purposely doing this so that you cannot change your privacy selections!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There’s no such web page! Typical big bank bunk! You have no CUSTOMER SUPPORT and you have no personality. How can the gov. think that corporations are people. Who ever dreamed this web site up works for a bank and probably worked for at&t before they started working for this crummy outfit.
