when u get it in ur bulk box.. click it and move it to ur inbox

Is this person’s email address in your contacts, or address book? I don’t use the new Yahoo mail, I’m very partial to Classic, and in Classic, the address MUST be in your contacts to get mail to go straight to your inbox.
