I feel like I’m glorifying some positions, I’ll add the work’s name and my name later. I’m just concerned about how I’ve worded my job descriptions. I’m trying to get a job at the YMCA.

Maintained and organized all equipment to ensure an orderly and clean environment. Responsible for directing others during sport events and in the event of an evacuation.
Aided in painting and cleaning internal and external areas of XXX, a six family housing project, and the XXX. Increased the efficiency of paperwork flow, by filing, organizing, and storing paperwork. Responsible for labeling and mailing invitations to special events.
Set up appointments and met with potential customers about XXX. Calculated and was responsible for money transactions. Effectively Communicated with customers. Sold over $950 in one day.
Volunteered (paid in 2007) as a tennis camp counselor for children ages 6-13 teaching beginners rules and basic swings and helping intermediates improve skills. Coordinated a ladder tournament.
