Question by Stephanie: Someone is still using my email address to send bulk spam mails to people, how do I stop this?
Can yahoo fix this for me? I have ran my virus software and I have changed my password and made sure the alternate email address is mine. How can someone do this when I have not given my password to anyone. Please help me I do not want people getting crap mail that I did not send. And also on the return failure notices that I am getting it lists the name as nicola smith, not my own name that should automatically be placed there by yahoo. The way the emails are written I would assume it is someone from a different country. The English is horrible. Thanks for any help you can give me.
This is still happening today. Is there anything I can do? It really makes me mad someone is getting into my email and sending emails. I have changed passwords and all that. What else can I do??? Please help
